• Where can I see physical samples of composite and Ipe decking?
  When you visit Ottawa Deck Shop at 168 Reis Rd. you will see both outdoor and indoor displays of decking. We typically have some free samples of decking and brochures that we can give out.
• What brands of decking do you offer?
  We offer all the major, tried and tested brands of decking which include Fiberon, Trex, Timbertech, Azek, Wolf and Zuri. We also sell Ipe decking.
• Do you have decking available in stock?
  Yes, we have material on the ground ready for same day pick up. We carry the most popular colors of composite decking and Ipe decking.
• Do you deliver your decking and what is the lead time?
  We deliver our products anywhere in Ottawa and beyond. Typically we need 48 hours from the time you order your decking until it shows up at your location if it is in stock. If it is a special order item - we may need a bit more time.
• Do you do material take-offs?
  Yes, we offer that service. We can work with the client or their contractor to help calculate the material needed. You can forward us your sketch and we’ll make sure you have everything you need for your project.
• Do you sell deck accessories also?
  Yes, we sell all deck accessories to go along with our decking products. Cortex screws and plugs, pro plug screws and plugs, TC-G clips, Camo Clips and much more.
• Do you have special pricing for contractors?
  Yes, we offer special pricing to contractors. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients.
