Deck Railing
We carry several brands of aluminum, glass and composite railings to compliment the composite decking lines that we sell. There was a time when wood railings were the most common option for decks, but now maintenance free railings have become the new standard. We carry the most popular lines of deck railings on the market. The railings that we carry come with a warranty and do not require any maintenance for 25 years or more.
Fortress Railing
Fortress aluminum railing is the number one brand of aluminum railing in North America. They have black and white colour options, as well as a glass panel option. They are by far the easiest railing to install, which is great if you are installing them by yourself. The stair sections are pre-welded and hinged for adjustable installation at any angle without fiddling with balusters. Fortress railings also have bracket options that allow for angles other than ninety degrees, which is great for odd shaped decks. Additionally, there are several lighting options available with Fortress railings. We keep this railing in stock, so it tends to be the quickest option if you are on a deadline.
Trex Transcend Railing
Trex composite railings are perfect if you are looking for a chunkier, more old fashioned look. They have round and square baluster options as well as a multitude of colours to choose from. They also allow the option of mixing colours. You can use different colour posts than your railings, or maybe different colour balusters. These railings are more expensive than the aluminum option, but the chunkier style and colour options are hard to get with aluminum. They are definitely harder to install than the aluminum railings, but it is worth it to get the look that you are going for. These railing are usually available in 1-2 weeks time.
